Our Service
We provide a local meet and greet service.
The house keeper lives near by, should you encounter problems.
They speak good English and are very helpful and friendly.
The garden is maintained throughout the
year, and the house is cleaned and turned out for your arrival.
Late arrivals can be arranged on
request.

Discounts
5% discount off total (weekly rate) for each individual booking
of periods of 2 weeks or more
Booking confirmations
-
20% non
refundable booking deposit required to hold booking
request, or payment in full if booking made within 1 calendar month of arrival
date.

Balance must
be paid within 1 calendar month of arrival date. If payment is
not received in this time, the deposit will not be refunded and the
booking period will be open for re-booking.

Bookings
must be fully paid for in advance of arrival
Refunds
We will provide refunds to full
payments only. If a request is received with more than a
months notice from the date of arrival we will refund 70% of the
total cost (this includes the original 20% deposit).
Payments
We accept payment from most sources
using Paypal or cheque.
We will confirm the receipt of all
payments by email. In addition you will also receive a
confirmation number directly from Paypal.
